"I just wanted to give a big shout out to Midwest security for being here and protecting our community at the same time we all have to stand up and be more responsible for our actions. I've been here almost 6 years I can say a lot of good and a lot of bad but will that make a difference. We have to come together as a community and make a difference. The staff leaves everyday so that means we as a community need to focus on making our building safe and secure one of the first steps is to stop letting people in and call the police when you see something say something"

"I’m pleased to say that I was able work out my issues with my property manager shanell. We had a long talk which I was very pleased with the results. We had misunderstanding. She is willing to work with all of us on any concerns we have. Please guys meet with her. I was really pissed off when I wrote my review. I know we were in this together and still are but we have give her a chance.everyone make mistakes. We are all human being and no one is perfect. We have understand she has job to do too. I already shared some of our common concerns with her but I would love it if you would personally call her or just go to the office to let her know. She really wants to help us anyway she can. "I was so excited to move into this new apartment building. I thought that the features such as underground parking and community room would be wonderful. Unfortunately, I have been extremely disappointed. What was nice and new is now destroyed. Neighbors are loud, rude and have caused numerous damages to the building. The hallways smell horribly, the trash cans in common areas overflow and living conditions are dangerous. The office staff is not very helpful. The manager is great however and has done what she can to resolve issues. I think that this building needs security and a re-do. The community room has been destroyed, my car has been towed from a spot in which I pay for - these are just a few of my complaints. I cannot wait to move out of here. Living in this place has caused me an excess amount of stress and worry not to mention financial costs due to damages done to my vehicle after an incident here. It has been a horrible experience."
