"Would not recommend at all!!!!A tenant called complaining about their heat not working as I was sitting in main office filling out the application. Toured a 1bedroom while they were still working on it. I got a call a couple days later saying it was finished and ready to move in but from my perspective when I toured the apt it seemed like there was more than a couple days worth of work to be done still so basically they quick fixed the unit to get me in quicker. I give them their credit for trying to up keep these apts but in my personal opinion the entire complex could use some major upgrades. Definitely got slum lord quick fix type of vibes"

"Spent only 8 months here and it was not a great experience by any means. Firstly, DO NOT think that just because the price is great to live here it will correlate to a great place. The walls are so thin you can literally hear tenants watching T.V or whenever they're on the phone. Other residents will have the audacity to tell you to quiet down, and yet will be extremely loud until 2-3am. Also, there are constant theft with packages here. I've lost so many Amazon packages here that I just stopped sending it to the apartment building. Secondly, the landlord manager Terri is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever had to deal with. He has ZERO customer service or any empathy to work with tenants. He always claims he's so busy but whenever we see him, he's always on a smoke break. We paid a month of rent before the due date, and we casually received a phone call discussing that they actually increased our rent price without telling us. That's ILLEGAL since MN state law requires 31 days of notice. Also, I have had my car towed with no reimbursement even though I have had my resident sticker planted on my car. Lastly, the final weeks of our residency there our water pipe bursted on top of our shower. They claimed that it would be fixed within the next three days. We were getting false information from maintenance, different words from the landlord, and was never on the same page. It NEVER got fixed within the 2 weeks we had left on our residency. We had to put a tarp on top of our shower, but it would still leak nasty water from above. Bugs, leaky windows, terrible management, you name it. We even spent the last 48 hours deep cleaning & still got fined for "cleaning fees" on our security deposit. One of the worst experiences I've had here. If Terri is a direct repesentation of Rose Hill apartments, DO NOT give your time & mental health to this unprofessional money hungry company."

"Was trying to rent here because of price and location. But nothing is worth the treatment I was given. After a month of waiting for the land manager to try to figure out paper work - a month that was littered with sexist remarks given by said land manager - he returns my call and proceeds to aggressively berate me for wanting to actually sign a lease, as the move in date was approaching and I was anxious about becoming homeless because of his incompetence. He continued to insult my anxiety, and attempted to get my cosigner to send a terrible written agreement. Absolutely awful management."

"The rooms in my apartment were clean, bright and comfy. I rent a one bedroom apartment. The manager Toni and the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful. One time the lamp in the kitchen was broken and they fixed it right away. I enjoyed my time living in my apartment!"
