"Staff is nice. Appointment was at 10pm, got a door at 12pm the NEXT day. Been in the door 2 hrs, they haven't started loading. They have bathrooms and vending machines, still bring your own food, it's going to be a long wait."

"7 1/2 hours to get completed. Rude attitudes,especially at the scale. You can weigh out but have to do it yourself. Even with an employee sitting at the desk playing on the computer. Once I was done and tallying the weight, he literally whined and said I needed to move my truck instead of offering help. Two hours alone waiting for just the paperwork to get signed. Really poor place to deal with."
