"We've been renting since Sept 2021 and since the very first day all of the staff and Management have been very kind, attentive always with a sense of service and trying to help with any concern which is always good. The place is quite and comfortable, always clean, a pretty nice common area to BBQ or just have a nice quite afternoon outside, great coffee by the mornings. There is a Target pretty near, several Playgrounds, a Highschool, restaurants, Bank Offices... I would highly recommend the NBS."

"Lived at New Boston Square for 3 years. Do yourself a favor and Rent from this place ASAP! Over my 3 years there has been very few issues at this building all do to the staff that takes great care of the place. Pam, Debb and Jose are Invaluable to this building and it shows everyday you step through the door (or out the door when it snows) and its probably the most affordable underground parking in the Twin Cities. If our careers didn't take us out of state my wife and I would have called this place home until we bought a house, but many residents have been in this building for over a decade for good reason. "We lived at New Boston Square for 3 years and had a great experience. The only reason we left is because I landed a job out of state, otherwise we would’ve continued renting here until we were ready to buy a house. We lived in a remodeled unit which had a beautiful kitchen and brand new appliances. In addition, we also had a nice skyline view from our balcony. While the remodeled units are quite nice, the best part about living at NBS is actually the staff. Pam, Deb, and Jose are the dream team. They all work incredibly hard and are quick to respond to any complaints. I have never lived in any other apartment complex that handles requests as quickly and professionally as NBS. We were having issues with our freezer and a day later we had a new fridge in our unit. Our apartment was spotless upon moving in (Thank you Deb). It’s the only place we’ve ever moved into that was truly clean enough to live in upon arrival. Jose always keeps the grounds looking beautiful, especially in the spring when they plant new flowers. The grilling area is gorgeous during the warmer months. As well as being great at their jobs, the NBS staff is always friendly. Pam knows every single resident’s name and apartment units off the top of her head and she never fails to say hello when crossing paths with people. Living at NBS made us feel like we were apart of a community. Another one of our favorite things about living at NBS is its location. Living here you’re walking distance from Bauhaus Brew labs, Sociable Cider Werks, Centro, Fair State Brewing, and many other restaurants and cool hangouts. NBS is also right in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis surrounded by art studios and fun events like Art-A-Whirl. If you rent here you won’t regret it!"
