The townhome is spacious with a fenced in backyard, located right across the street from a park and walking path. Couldn’t ask for a better property or location!"

He cares about the tenants and any maintenance issues at all and the staff are prompt and thorough, going above and beyond to take care of it. We are a family with 3 small children and this place is very clean, well maintained lawns, beautiful landscaping, they have an incredible grounds caretaker who truly makes riverwood feel like a home. Very safe area as well."

The maintenance guys are some of the friendliest people you'll meet, too. Loses 1 star because of some building problems, but issues are addressed as promptly as possible. Only leaving because our specific property isn't pet-friendly and we'd like a dog. Would recommend!"
