"Reading these comments im so glad there's been improvement at this complex. When we lived there for 7 years it was terrible. Lol was never open, which you pay for die to rent amount, maintainence not good, Sue was always crabby and rude. Happy t o see it got better. Hope you get to use the pool"
"Sue treat us like inhuman. Probably it is because of our skin color(black). Recently I apply 2 bedrooms apartment to my parent who moved from another state. We told her everything and she confirm us that is ok and just fill out the application. Then she take us $90 application fee via money order. I fill out in the office my money order and she told me to just sign. I doubt if really my money goes to the management. She sent me an email that our application is not accepted after more than 3 weeks. Every time I called I got an insufficient answer. she waste our time and our money. We deserve better. We suggest the management to audit their customers and office."
"Went to look at a 2 bedroom for $835 (so afforadable with 925 sq ft) and turned in an application the next day. Sue was very welcoming and very upfront. Great location because it's only 4 min away from my work and many other shops around so that's a plus. Haven't signed a lease yet so I'll have to update this review once that goes into play. But so far so good."
