"it's a great place to live for a cheap price. No fancy amenities but I don't use those anyway. They have a lot of parking in the back and the neighbors in the building are all really nice."
"Since the new management took over, the building has gotten a lot better. It's always clean and safe for residents. Walking around is nice now, no more messes in the hallways or on the stairs. The people in charge actually care and fix any problems quickly to make sure everyone is comfortable. Things have improved a lot, and the whole place is well-kept and secure. The shared spaces are clean and inviting, and the management team is easy to talk to and really helpful."
