"Move in went smoothly but it was difficult finding parking that was close to the building. Also, it would have been nice to have a cart."

"Please do yourself a favor and do not attempt to sign a lease with this building. They are negligent of anyones requests and emails, I have been trying for three weeks to get someone to respond to me after I have filled out an application, paid the application fees and a $500 deposit fee. They haven't replied to one email in three weeks and I had to sign a lease with someone else because I couldn't wait forever as I am arriving to Minneapolis soon and didn't want to end up without a place to stay in. The experience overall is very frustrating and stressful especially if you are not in the US and are unable to visit or call them. This is extremely alarming from a management company that manages so many building all around Minneapolis. I am now waiting for my deposit to be refunded, but they still won't reply to me."

"*** Unfortunately, I had to make an edit. I thought moving out went well...but, I was wrong. Be aware that you need your apartment to appear as though you've never lived it in order to get a full deposit returned. My family and I spent hours making sure the apartment was clean, yet they found things that were basic wear and tear to charge me for. I was charged for basic wall scratches that would be painted over and a blind that was said to be damaged (I'm sure it's still being used in the unit). See pictures attached. (Previous review) Living downtown can be busy. Be prepared to deal with parking and expensive underground parking fees. There are events throughout the year and also snow emergencies that affect parking. If you don't mind paying rent for smaller living spaces and the homeless wanderers, you'll like it. Living in the center of Mpls was nice. Ashley did help make my move -out process easier, she always had a smile when I dealt with her."

"Living here has always been an issue with just about everything but the apartment. Management is super rude and disrespectful. So many people couldn’t even communicate with the office we had to contact Christine which is her boss and yet you run into excuses to why the office lady Ashley is the way she is or jump to how you may have acted. You have drug needles all outside and around the property, homeless people roaming the halls. No protection I was harmed in my hallways in which cameras recording yet no help from office at all. A homicide happened not long ago and I walked out my apartment trying to take trash out for a huge gun to be pointed down my direction. All in all if you have children n or the best place to be yet it is convenient staying downtown Minneapolis. If you don’t mind being spoken to rude and like a child perfect place. I’ve stayed for a year and a little over and three different management have placed themself. Everything is out of control it’s ridiculous."
