"I've only lived here half a year so far but I've really enjoyed it! Charles is super fast and responsive when we request maintenance, so we've never gone more than a few days without an issue being fixed. When I've had to contact management, they are quite quick to respond and are very pleasant. The common areas are also kept very clean and recently, someone from Overland has been arranging small, cute activities for the building in the common room. Most recently, they left out a bunch of fresh flowers for tenants to create bouquets. Overall, I've really enjoyed this place."

"I love the building, it's very nice and clean, wonderful design, I love my studio. I love the area. Lots of stuff to do nearby. The maintenance men are very kind. I rarely see any neighbors, sound proofing is also done really well I rarely hear them either. Edit: They've raised the rent by $200 which sucks, many people have moved out I've noticed, also the management has switched and changed so many times it's really disorganized & clearly no one wants to work for this company, they have been getting worse at responding to emails, if they do at all, I usually have to send more than one to get a response."

"I have lived here since January 2021. The apartment is a great size, with excellent amenities. Very close to the light rail, a brewery, a wine bar and the best cafe in town just across the road. I have had little need to contact maintenance (the apartment complex is brand new) but when I have, the response is swift and helpful. Seriously, I love this apartment and would highly recommend the Yellowtree team."
