"Unfriendly staff. That’s all. She got nothing to offer so I basically went to this place for nothing. Didn’t even know i have an appointment after it was confirmed. Big red flag. Run away from this property. Read all the reviews."

"If you want constant parties, loud music, no rules and paying for nonresidents to destroy the amenities this place is for you. If you want to feel uncomfortable in your own home and live in an environment that is almost impossible to sleep in, you'll love it here. If you want there to be absolutely no enforcement of the rules and safety guideline set forth by management leading to the destruction of property and discomfort of its residents, then you've found your new apartment. This place promised luxury and upscale amenities and has delivered a college frat house experience instead. The management here is non existent and the environment is more akin to a low budget resort on spring break. What a joke."

"I wouldn’t normally leave a review and I’m pretty easy going about noise. However, I have definitely reached the end of my patience. The nature of the parties on the pool deck are incredibly disturbing and I wouldn’t be writing this if I didn’t feel disrespected and that my living experience was significantly impacted on the weekends. I didn’t realize I was paying over $2400 to live inside a club every weekend."

"I wanted to love this place and would if it wasn’t for the absurdly disrespectful parties on the pool deck during the weekends. Super disappointing that management hasn’t done more to rectify this issue for the tenants facing the pool deck that continue to be affected. The out of control parties are so disruptive that I can’t even hear my own tv without putting it on full blast. I chose this unit to be able to access the amenities easily with the expected reasonable noise but this has begun to violate my rights as a tenant from serious interferences to my own tenancy."

"I have been living here for 2 months. I have been renting for about 20 years and this is by far, the best place I have ever lived. Jenna made the move in so easy. Any issue I have encountered, her and Liz have taken care of, and maintenance is always friendly and helpful ! For being such a large complex it seems to be completely sound proof, I have never been awakened or disturbed by anyone. The amenities are top notch, I don't see leaving for a long time!
