"DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved out in August 2023, and submitted my final payment via a money order at the request of the office manager. Despite being given confirmation from two different staff members that I was good to go, I received a call in December that Arrive had sent my final payment to collections. Despite speaking with the current office manager and providing proof of payment, I am now entering my third month of dispute with debt collectors over less than $200 that was already paid. Please save yourself the headache and do not live here."

"Current Resident (since late-Nov 2020): **DO NOT RENT HERE** When the current management (Trinity Property Management) first took over back in Feb/Mar 2021, things were great (short-lived). During the first few months of transition, things were a bit rocky, understandably so... then things just tanked. Over the past three years, Higher-up Management has driven away four outstanding Property Assistant Managers (the fifth and current is also kind, courteous and does a great job caring for residents... I hope they don't drive her away as well). In a nutshell... Higher-up Managers (at the Multi-Property, Regional and Director levels; those that have come and gone, and that are still here) have failed time and time again to prioritize the safety and security of residents - I am one of many residents over the years, to bring forth concerns (our Property Assistant Managers have done phenomenal work, for as much as they are allowed to)... up until a couple of months ago, there were no extra measures taken; concerns were swept under the rug - we now have fob locks at all stairwell/floor entrances, elevator, garage and lobby doors. Albeit, we still have regular incidents in the building: theft, illegal parking in garage (assigned resident spaces), noise and violence disturbances, outsiders intruding and harassing residents, residents causing issues in community areas, literal garbage human beings not caring about living in a nice apartment; the list goes on... There is no accountability - just worrying about their numbers and making money as a corporation. Shocking. Managers also like to play "hero" when it makes them look good. The only reason I've stayed as long as I have, is because my rent is cheaper and the neighborhood overall and proximity to Downtown is great. One of the Property Managers called me "disgruntled, and to stop berating" staff... I'm far from disgruntled, I pay my rent on time, I'm quiet, respectful to the property, and my "berating" is literally expressing concerns and following up... while a bit heated. Rightfully so. They market Arrive Loring Park as a Luxury property... far from. I recommend finding somewhere else."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived here for just over 1 year and moved out Sept 30th. The space itself is fine, but due to the high turnover rate of staff, moving out/getting a hold of anyone for information was a nightmare. When I was moving out I was not able to get in touch with anyone about move out procedures. I emailed and called several times over the course of the 3 months leading up to our move out. Finally I was given a phone call on the day of my move out that the property manager was out of town, but that I could leave my keys in a kitchen drawer. I did what they said and the next day on October 1st I got charged for the full rent even though I had moved out made extensive efforts to confirm this with staff. I called and was not able to reach anyone at the office or get any response from the property manager about getting a refund. I called and emailed several times over many days and I only got my money back after I filed a claim with my bank for this unauthorized charge and they returned the money to me. Since moving out I have been sent multiple bills that I do not know what they are for, and nobody is able to explain to me, and have not received my security deposit back either. I am so frustrated with not being able to get information on why I am being sent bills and I just want to move on. Needing to spend so much time and energy contacting them every day on top of being charged over $2500 that I shouldn't have been charged for made moving out so much more stressful than it should have been. I hope other people had better experiences but I would not recommend anybody live in a property managed by Trinity since they are not staffing or managing their properties adequately."

"Great location, awesome amenities and a competent management Team!! I've had a great rental experience with this apartment. Clean building, maintenance team was quick to respond to any requests no matter the level of urgency and no hassles by management. I unfortunately moved from this location but this team was very helpful Bianca assisted me every step of the way, from leasing questions and any other move out tips. Bianca's resident centricity made for a smooth move-out process as we all known how stressful moving is. I recommend renting from Arriving Loring Park they care about their community!"

"This is my first year at Arrive Loring Park and the apartments are really nice. However with new management my living experience has improved ten-fold. I told Lisa about how my current parking situation (at a structure outside of the apartment complex) wasn't very secure/safe and that I was really looking to get a spot in the garage. Lisa quickly secured a spot in the garage for me as soon as one was available. She genuinely cares and has really made my living experience more enjoyable! Thank you Lisa!!"
