"I read the reviews and I took a chance living here. I absolutely love it and the building is absolutely amazing! They are doing so much work to the gym, pool area and so much more! This building has been improving since I moved in around September! Shout out to all of the leasing staff for being able to assist me whenever I need it! I’m so glad to call Bolero my home and I will continue to do so for the next few years ☺️☺️☺️"

"Our move is experience had been fantastic. Trey was amazing from the first time we toured. He led us through all the requirements to get in and ensured our move-in day went seemlessly. The rest of the staff (shout out to Katie!) has been nothing but kind, friendly and helpful."

"I have to agree with anyone else who has given this place a 1 star. I've had an outstanding request to fix the washing and drying machine since Nov (over 3 months now) and the maintenance people are incompetent because they've been unable to fix the issue despite trying multiple times. Our apartment has flooded over 10 times now and there is major water damage to the walls and furniture. I'm so annoyed that I'm writing this review as I'm standing in my flooded apartment."

Patrick our property manager does a great job being a property manager we have a great community, a clean and safe environment and it only gets better. We all have to take one day at a time. Life is not easy, but I love my well beings. Here at bolero Flats And I will remain renting from bolero Flats I love my Apartment building!!! And I love the office staff. Yes they all do a great job. Continue keeping our building, clean and safe thank you bolero flats."

"DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING AND DO NOT RENT HERE! I wrote a review like about one month ago and the management requested me to delete it and since I am moving out from this building, I said yes. But guess what? Something happened to me AGAIN! I got robbed two packages with a $600 value. Because of that, I decided to rewrite my review to share with the public why they should NOT lease in this building. 1. This is the fourth time I get packages robbed. The management said that they were going to put some cameras in the package room but guess what? There are still no cameras and the management just washes their hands saying that in the lease contract says that they're not responsible for this kind of situations. 2. There's always something going on: be it the hot tub is not working, be it the AC/heating is not working, be it they shut down hot water... there's always gonna be something that they need to fix, ALWAYS! 3. Non-resident people are usually let into the building. There's no control of people getting in and out of the building. 4. Homeless people can get into the building and spray-painting the walls and eat and leave all the garbage inside. I have seen college girls in the building's gym scared for this situation. One time, a guy (he was totally drunk) was opening doors in the building. He opened my door while I was working from home, just imagine if I hadn't been there. 5. Winter is coming, so, be ready to pay a $300 bill every month. Remember, they usually shut down the hot water or there's an issue with AC/heating for no reason. I mean it, Bolero Flats is not a place to live."
