The Larking Apartments

"The Larking is easily the best apartment I have ever rented! My husband and I had to relocate to Minneapolis from out of state and toured many places prior to finding this property. We were becoming exhausted looking at all the options but the moment we stepped into the Larking we knew we were home! The amenities are fantastic, well maintained, and provide options for any day of the week. Our families have visited and been equally impressed, even on short stays. The views are unmatched, units are well designed, and maintenance are quick to respond on any inquiries. The staff here is INCREDIBLE!!! Jackie, AJ, & Jarred feel more like family than employees. They greet us by name every day! Even the front desk colleagues! We have regular chats with them. It’s truly a neighborhood of our favorite people in Minnesota. Thank you for maintaining such excellence with this space! I know eventually the day will come for us to relocate, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to stay here forever. You’ve made our move to Minneapolis nothing short of amazing and I’ll never forget how easy you all made the transition to a new state for us."

"Update from my previous review now on 1/26/24 - still loving it here at the Larking. Everyone, from the leasing agents, security, receptionists, property manager, maintenance crew, and cleaners, are incredible at what they do! They all provide excellent service when it comes to the everyday operation and maintenance of the building and community. The community itself is diverse and uplifting, with many who are friendly to strike up a conversation about pretty much anything. There are great monthly activities/ parties on the top floor that have so much detail planned into them. It truly is the best place to live in Minneapolis. On 6/12/23 Currently moved in a week ago and already loving everything the Larking has to offer. A HUGE shout out to Jackie- as she was such a huge help when applying, and was able to walk us through all the applicable steps required for being considered. The two men for maintenance came very quick when we inquired about hanging up shelving in our laundry closet (that didn’t come set up with the apartment). Can’t wait to experience more here :). A little sunset picture from the roof the other day as well!"

"If you're seeking a complex that is safe, beautifully decorated, and full of amenities .. look no further. The building is thoughtfully furnished and designed to be modern and chic. The rooftop pool is the pièce de résistance. Daily housekeeping makes sure that the shared spaces are kept sparkling. In addition to the rooftop, the property also provides: 24 hour security, private underground parking, a pet grooming area, gym, sauna, Luxer Room, working spaces, a golf simulator, and a dog run. I've never felt more at home in Minneapolis than I do at the Larking. You're able to reserve the freight elevator on your move in day, which makes the process easy and simple. The staff go above and beyond to make your experience here nothing less than exceptional."
