Gatsby Apartments

"The Gatsby Apartments have been an unexpected pleasure! We relocated to Minneapolis from Florida not knowing what to expect other than a weather change. Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!"

"I've lived here for over a year now and can't recommend Gatsby enough. The building is new, well maintained, and very clean. Additionally, the staff are extremely helpful and kind, they regularly host events for residents like a Saturday morning Waffle-bar and Halloween parties (both of which are very fun). The building's location makes it easy to access the entire metro area, you are able to get just about anywhere in ~15 minutes or less, also the north loop is nearby which has plenty of great spots for walks or restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Finally, the views from the building are fantastic and there is a heated parking garage (a must have for MN) and a coffee shop on the first floor."

"Gatsby is my favorite apartment complex that I've lived in! I've lived in a few different cities and had varying experiences throughout but Gatsby is the best. The units are nice, the building is quiet, and management is fantastic! Mason (Community Director) is extremely helpful and fair. He went above and beyond during my time living there and when I moved out. In an effort to be transparent, the one elevator was broken pretty regularly during my time there but there are two others and a stairwell. So, it wasn't even close to a big deal. I would recommend living here to anyone!"

"I highly recommend Gatsby! I've lived in numerous apartments, and fortunately my last two apartments were my best experiences. The leadership of Mason, Toby, Julia, TC made Gatsby by far my best apartment experience. They're all very cordial, supportive, positive, treat you as a human being. For minority transplants, Minnesota (particularly downtown Minneapolis) is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts? The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year."

"I lived there for a year (almost). I couldn’t extend the lease since I had to relocate to the East Coast. Whatever I will say won’t be enough. The apartment is very clean, the management is prompt and helpful, everyone is so well behaved. The views both from the courtyard and rooftop are breathtaking. I love Gatsby!! ♥️"
