"On Sep 18, 2023 while bicycling in Hot Springs Village near Granada club house, my wife accidentally fell and sustained a severe head injury, she was unconscious and bleeding from her mouth and ears. It took Life Net over 40 minutes to respond to the scene. The ambulance crew got lost while responding and also the 911 operator hung up during the response. This type of emergency response is completely unacceptable! Life Net is the contracted ambulance provider in Hot Springs Village with pre-positioned ambulances stationed throughout the Village. The “Golden Hour” of a severe brain injury was seriously impacted by the unacceptable performance of this Life Net crew. As a homeowner in the Village we pay for this service as part of monthly POA fees. This needs to be addressed, I would hate for anyone else to experience this!"
"I had to call non emergency wise to find out why my back is hurting. I had fallen several days earlier and unable to move. The 2 female EMT's that came had no idea how to move me from bed to stretcher for transport. They did not reach a supervisor for directions. I had to tell them how to do it. I have written before but no reply."
"We called and explained about my mother and her refusal to let us take her to the hospital. The ambulance came and the people were so kind. Our initial call was to Josh. Thank you."
"So rude! I called because my brother was having chest pains and trouble breathing. He also started throwing up. Instead of checking his vitals, he just asked if he taken cough medicine... Like really? I even told them that I gave him breathing treatments and doses of my inhaler and it wasn't helping. Not to mention they brought out the cops and fire truck and all I asked for was an ambulance because my brother couldn't breath. They asked what his medical history was and I gave it to them. He started talking like we could have drove basically... And I said As long as you all took, I'm better off taken chances. He then said that just because he's arriving by ambulance doesn't mean he will be seen faster. We didn't care, we needed to get him some help and I know they won't just sit there not being able to breathe. The man's name was Justin. I hope that I don't have to see him again!"
"These ambulance folk always treat me with so much love and respect, even when my health issues are often caused by my own stupidity. Kristy and a few men (whose names I can’t recall) I’ve gotten to know on the rides are some of the most thoughtful, unique, intelligent humans I’ve ever met. They really know their stuff and will keep you safe."
