"I am a vendor working with the Parkview Apartments, and sense I been here the residents have been understanding and nice.. In the beginning they was mis guided and not listen to but being the new gender here we have built a relationship with most of the residents providing safety for all residents and guest. The building manager is a very nice helping and understanding person. She is outgoing, friendly and caring, Sense I met her the main thing she was concerned about is the safety for her residents and fellow employees. The manager and staff are easy to talk to The Parkview apartments is a good place to work and from most of the residents they like living there just a few changes they ask for by I am just a vendor. To all residents if you see this I am happy to provide my services with you and the management, glad to be here providing services for a safe and friendly environment."

"as a person that has lived here for a year and a half i regret signing up for here the workers are so rude and don’t have any respect for the people they also don’t explain anything clearly when you ask for your monthly rent they won’t give you an exact amount you need to pay they also won’t give you a paper with your rent amount on. They don’t answer the phone until you call over and over again. If you call for help they won’t answer as well. this one time where our shower roof was broken we called so many times and they kept saying they’ll come and they came in 5 months the facts that there were animals coming out it was scary i recommend no one to ever come here you’ll regret it. Also this one time the heater wasn’t working and i have a 8 months old baby and it was freezing in the house my baby almost caught cold PLEASE DON’T EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS APPOINTMENT"
