"Once was a really good building with good building managers, now there is no building manager (or if there is one they are nowhere to be found). This place has really fallen off in the past few months without a building manager. For what you pay, look somewhere else because at this place: you won't get your maintenance requests fulfilled nor will you get any communication for what is going on with the building. Really disappointed in the current management of this building, all they seem keen on is pushing residents to submit reviews and to refer residents to this place -- my advice, stay clear."

"I have truly been loving living here! The name doesn't lie, it truly is cozy vibes here. Having free coffee in the lobby and comfortable spots to hang out in the lobby and on the rooftop are awesome, cozy bonuses. It is really nice having in-unit laundry and an elevator for accessibility purposes. And I love my unit itself, it is simple, cute, and comfy. Also, the employees are really friendly and genuinely care. Would definitely recommend!"

"Coze Flats is a great, stress-free place to live. The staff take care of maintenance issues promptly and are friendly. It is a bit pricey, but the place does offer a great location, convenience/fast service, amenities, and a very modern and a polished interior. Price point is probably more appropriate for young professionals rather than students unless you are a student with extra income."

"I recently moved into Coze Flats and I already love it here! While apartment hunting, I was immediately drawn to the eco-friendly modern design of this building as well as the great reviews online. Like many of the reviews say, the management is extremely kind and helpful. As a first-time renter, they answered my endless questions and helped guide me through the application process online. Since moving in, I have met several kind and welcoming neighbors and it really makes this place feel like home. My room is very cozy and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful and I love the size of the closet - it fits way more than just my clothes. Lastly, I have to mention one of the best parts of this apartment building which is the rooftop with a picture-perfect view of the city. Equipped with a community herb-garden and a projector to borrow for movie nights, I really see myself spending a lot of time up there hosting my friends and getting to know my neighbors too. I would definitely recommend coming in for a tour of Coze Flats, hopefully you will love it as much as I do!"
