"Police have been here twice in the last year (one time saying they'd need to break a door down, another time for an arrest), profane graffiti left in the elevators multiple times, next to a dive bar that allows a lot of outdoors smoking that wafts over. Bike thefts are common. Constant management turnover, including rude comments telling tenants they to stop submitting repeat maintenance requests. Beware that rent is raised by a significant amount ($150 parking is now $175, rent raised by $150 a month). Espresso machine in lobby always broken."

"Our family of four (two humans and two pups) has loved living at Mezzo! The location can't be beat and the amenities are wonderful. We especially love the dog-wash station and rooftop patio! The staff is so accommodating and always quick to respond with any questions we've had. Our two pups have loved getting to know all of their four-legged neighbors and exploring the nearby parks. We highly recommend living at Mezzo!"

"I have been living at Mezzo for over three months now and I absolutely love it. It is a beautiful spot, in a great location, with awesome amenities! It is also a super dog friendly apartment building, which I love! Angie and Alyssa are so great and helpful with any questions. The maintenance team is amazing as well. On a Sunday night at 10 PM I filled out a maintenance report and the next morning they arrived and fixed the issue right away. During a pandemic, I feel so fortunate to live in a building that is taking it seriously and encouraging us all to look out for ourselves and our neighbors as well!"

"What an amazing building and staff! Living across the country over the years Mezzo has been my best apartment experience. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, allowing the dog walker in during my long days at the office , quickly answering any questions and scheduling social events to get to know your neighbors. Maintenance of the building is top - notch , plowing the sidewalks quickly this snowy year , using dog friendly salt on the side walks it a huge plus, the building and community spaces are pristine. Lastly, I love my top floor Mississippi river and city view , I feel as though I have the best of both worlds living in the northeast neighborhood next to riverside paths while still having access the down night life just across the river."
