"The worst apartment I have ever lived. If something breaks, you will wait weeks or months for them to fix it. Their stove is a piece of trash. Their burners stop working all the time. When it is fixed, it will stop working again. One time I waited for over two months for them to fix it and now the same stove is not working they said they will order parts 3weeks later still waiting for them. We have children we need to cook for them. another time they towed my car with the parking permit and their excuse was I didn't put it on the top corner instead of the middle even though it was in plain view, I paid $500 to get my car back. When you are moving out good luck they will look for every excuse to charge you.i know 3 families that moved out and they were not happy the way they treated."

"Infested with colonies of mice in every building, management that power trips over everything, and an absolute parking nightmare. Basically says it all. I personally saw two mugging and damage to many vehicles in their “parking lot/arrangement”. I lived here for, trying to make it work, for 1 yr before I was done with the staples inherent in living here."

"The area is very convenient to shopping, freeway access, parks, etc,. Maintenance is usually very prompt when I report a problem. I have lived here for about 3 years. I want to say that Jen in the office is great! The actual apartment complex? At first there weren’t any problems but things have got progressively worse. The hallways smell (at times like something is dead). Washers and dryers are constantly out of order. Very inconvenient since there are only two of each for a building of twenty apartments. I did have a period of time when someone who claimed to be a neighbor was harassing me and my family via the mail. I’ve had packages stolen. Let me not forget the mice that have turned up in the last few months. Yes, MICE! At first my son complained of hearing them in the walls. I didn’t take him seriously until I saw one on my balcony and one literally running along the garden level apartment window. My son came home and found one dead in the hallway and most recently I was greeted by a dead mouse in a bucket at the door. I did call maintenance and not sure what happened because I got no response. I later emailed management. Still haven’t heard anything. I’ve live hear all this time and have never seen any kind of pest until now. The garbage is not removed often enough as it is constantly overflowing and is an eyesore. Parking is also a huge problem. Parking is better before 8pm so if you have anything you want to do later in the evening or you work the late shift, good luck on finding a spot. There are times that you have to walk from far down the street or around the corner because you can’t find parking. Then there are times where you are blocked in due to someone parking illegally. I’ve contacted the management on several occasions regarding issues. They are usually very good at getting back to me. In the last few months they have not responded to my complaints. Currently looking for a new place to live."

"I’ve had a few issues with maintenance work However my issues always got solved in a timely manner, the rent is not bad for the amount of space. I love this area because You’re literally close to everything you can walk to the nearest grocery store, shopping center and park. most of the tenets are very friendly. The biggest problem is the MICE! They live in the walls and enter your apartment I currently have so many mice running around in my apartment it’s so gross! I can’t live comfortably because I’m so on edge it’s a mouse in every space of my apartment they jump on my couch leaving droppings everywhere, they’re the most disgusting “roommates” ever !!! And this whole apartment complex is infested with them. I don’t feel like they take this infestation problem seriously and it seems to be getting worse!"

"If I could give them a zero I would. This is the worst place I ever lived.. communication with the staff is horrible. They never answer the phone. The staff would tell you one thing than when it’s time to sign the lease it’s broken promises ..If you want to live with mice this is the place for you! They have more tenants than parking spots ... so if you not there by a certain time , you will not have anywhere to park... Teanats have there balconies filled with clutter which should be a fire hazard and make the apartment look awful !!! The hallways smell and look bad ..."
