"People in the office are helpful and working hard to improve the complex. One thing though, I believe is helpful to all of us is to write numbers or letters on each building. All three buildings have numbers and letters; why not give each building its recognition. Delivery guys get confused all the time to deliver. Even the mail man frustrates. You can’t tell which building is which building.I hope you pay attention to this matter. Thanks"
"I’ve lived here for several years, and this place has ups and downs with new owners, new maintenance people, and other things people complain about the way it looks but if all the residents take responsibility and pick up behind themselves instead of throwing beer bottles and garbage everywhere , driving their cars on grasses and digging up the grass this place would not look as bad as it does people do stuff and they don’t report it because they don’t wanna have to pay for it . Do I Agree that we should not have garbage dumpsters all around the premises. Yes, it looks tacky and people come in and throw whatever they want into the garbage dumpsters and we have the residents have to pay for it if they weren’t out there for everyone to throw stuff in we won’t be having to pay so much. They have done a lot of things to improve the look of the property like putting in the soccer field the dog park the pool I know they’re trying their hardest to keep this place looking nice for the residence"
"The outside was not well kept up and put off a bad vibe during the day. It wasn’t well lit so I can’t imagine how unsafe it must feel at night. Property management was clueless at best when I toured the apartment complex. $1230 for a 400 square foot efficiency with no utilities, washer or dryer or garage include. Management could even tell me what the average cost of monthly utilities were and couldn’t even explain adequately how utilities were billed. They tow vehicles that have expired tabs even if they are one day expired. A practice that is not legal which probably means they are getting kick backs from the towing company or towing companies that they utilize. Property management and the complex need a major overhaul. I wouldn’t recommend this place."
"I’ve had sewage water running out of my sink for 45 minutes and I have made 4 emergency maintenance requests, called a few times and went to the main office and still have yet to have someone come in or turn off any water. my whole apartment smells like vomit. Update, 2 hours later i’m told a subcontractor is here, then another 30 minutes later he gets to my apartment. he told me he got the call 45 minutes ago and was waiting outside for 25 minutes because the building maintenance wouldn’t go open the door to let him in."
"TL;DR - DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Not safe, not clean, water shut off frequently and without actual notice, neighbors from Hell, swarms of stink bugs when it gets warm, rodents of all kinds year-round, and the office does not care about any of it and will only fix aesthetic problems with the buildings to con more renters. Water The water is shut off frequently, usually without notice and often due to old pipes cracking. When notice is given, it's inaccurate and impossible to get an update. Because of this, I’ve taken to keeping a 5 gallon jug of tap water on hand for the sole purpose of being able to flush my own toilet if need be when this happens. The office claims its due to the construction of the parking lots, but this has been an ongoing issue since I first moved in two years ago. Cleanliness Trash is left in the hallways, lobby, and elevators. Many times, I’ve seen wrappers stuffed into the ceiling of the elevators or even condoms. When its not human urine in a bottle, its canine on the floor. Thankfully, the floor of the elevators is linoleum and therefore moppable, but still. Neighbors The residents here do not supervise their own children, who are extremely loud as they scream and run down the halls daily. I’ve often seen children who appeared as young as 3 wandering the halls alone. If its not the children, its the construction workers who live here that blast their music from their van or trunk while beers, which they then leave around the parking lot. Rodents and Roaches Many residents have complained about roaches and mice. Thankfully, I have not encountered mice or rats myself, however, roaches, flies, and stink bugs have definitely been a frequent problem. No matter how clean you keep your apartment or how well you store your food, you’ll find them daily. I vacuum twice weekly and keep up on my dishes daily and still find flies and roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. The screens of the windows and balcony doors cannot keep the stink bugs out. You’ll find them EVERYWHERE! They stick to the ceiling, hide behind decor, and love hanging out on computer screens. I was working from home the entirety of my time here and that was a lovely surprise. My roommate and I reported this to the office, showing them a small jar full of stink bugs. An exterminator came, treated the window where they were getting in because of a loose screen, and told me that there’s no real way to keep them out unless the office chose to treat the side of the building that gets the most sun because the stink bugs are attracted to the heat. Safety The front door is constantly left open by other residents, though it doesn’t matter much since the office has yet to fix the lock. The faceplate of the lock on the door needs to be replaced. Since it hasn’t been fixed yet, anyone can poke a finger, key, or pen in to shove the door trigger aside. That door has been broken for over a year. I submitted a maintenance request 9/5/2022. It was marked as resolved, so I left a comment on it stating “Not resolved. Door still broken.” on 10/5/2022 and still has yet to be fixed to this day. This is a massive issue that the office refuses to take seriously. I’ve seen homeless people walk right through the front door and into the building. They barely have any security cameras and the parking lot is poorly lit as well, so if anything happens to your car, good luck. Fixes The fixes that HAVE been made are mostly aesthetic and on the outside of the property. The only indoor fixes they’ve made are to the laundry room and replacing the carpeting with cheap “wood” linoleum panels. One would think that the safety and basic needs of your residents (like reliable WATER) would take precedence, but no."
