"Every time I come to visit friends something is wrong. The parking lot has been dark for months and no one fixes this. When it was hot outside the AC was turn on to like 78 degrees inside. Rent keeps going up and up but no one fixes anything here. Manager has office door close all the time. Managers are working for renters like it not. Don't waste your money and time putting an aplicacion here."

"The worst living nightmare EVER!! I’ve been renting at this place since February 2022-June 2023 & literally EVERY MONTH THERE’S been lukewarm-freezing cold water. Literally, I could have soap still on my body standing in the corner of the shower praying the water eventually fades back into the lukewarm temperature from freezing cold!! I’ve reported the issue EVERY MONTH SINCE 2-2-2022-Through this morning 6-8-2023. The building is extremely outdated & whatever system controls the hot/cold is most likely decades old & clearly needs to be replaced!! The situation got so bad I had the involved corporate (which they clearly don’t care because the problem still exist) I had to involve the City of Bloomington & a housing lawyer. And last, the property manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in my life! She’s so rude & she the rudest when paying residents bring the outdated/ongoing issues to her attention as if we don’t have renters rights & pay our hard earned money monthly on time just to not have HOT flowing water most of the month EVERY MONTH. I’m less than 30 days away to vacate this awful place! DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT PAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO LIVE LIKE THIS, to be treated with disrespect & forced to live like an animal. Do not rent through Sand Companies Management AT ALL. I just paid my last month of rent on June 1 2023 & everyday so far this month resident have endured NO HOT WATER."

"This place is horrible. They don't care about the attendant's requests. The manager is so rude, I asked her to take out the quarters from the washer and dryer because they were getting stuck and is taking her a whole month to do it!! If you need something replaced in your apartment then you have to wait a long time before they get to it. We didn't have hot water for 5 months during winter!!! I told her about the no hot water situation since December 2022 and all she said was that I was the only one complaining about it but she never took the time to come check what was going on. The parking lot during winter was like an ice skating rink! It was so icy, no salt or sand to make it better! For anyone considering to rent here just keep looking, this is not the right place!"
