"I have lived here for about 5 years and i love love love this place. Enough packing, clean, no kids running in the hallway. Staff is hard to get in touch with but i am happy. I wish they had three bedrooms."

"This place is awful. I was there for about 2 years and every day it got getting worse. I needed a place to get into right away and i was actually accepted pretty fast. I got in in about a week. I moved in about half way through a month and they made me pay a full months rent instead of like most places where they split the cost for the time that your lease actually started. I had maybe seen and talked to the landlord like 3 times the entire time i was there because he is so hard to reach. His assistant i believe lives in the area and i hardly ever saw her either. No one is EVER in the office during the times they say its "open." The ventalation in the bathroom is terrible. So bad that mold was growing in all sorts of places in my bathroom. And it wasnt just my bathroom. Under the sink in the kitchen had mold and there was a leak comming from upstairs that was so bad it sounded like rain pouring down the wall. After that i had mold growing on the ceiling and had complained about it multiple times and all they did was clean it off and have a painter fix it. They had told me they had fixed the leak twice but it still continued and the mold would just keep growing. The water quality is awful. It does give off kind of a muggy smell to me personally. I did not trust drinking the water from the sink ever. Also every year they raise the rent so once your lease is done you are forced to pay a higher rate. Doesnt matter what time of year you go in. They had also used money to redo the parking lot and added crappy speed bumps which i think was a waste of money when they could have used that to fix real issues in the apartments but whatever. Not to mention during winter the snow plow had took out a chunk of the speed bump and then during the spring they fixed it again. Neighbors were loud but thats probably not everyones issue. I would suggest finding a different place for the price. Its honestly a bad price for what you are getting especially when there is an apartment place close by that costs just about the same that is 10x nicer. Dont ever go here. EVER!!!"

"I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!! I would have given them zero stars if that was an option. The management/staff is non-existent. When I applied it took a month to finally find out I was approved and I was 8 months pregnant and needed find a place right away. I had to keep calling and no one would answer the phone even though their office hours are 9-5pm. AND to top that half the time when you call their voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message. When I was able to leave a message I would never hear back. When they have things they need to notify the tenants about they post a hand written sign on the wall or door of the entrance. They don't even take the time to put a sign on each apartment door. The manager is a joke. He doesn't give a crap if you have issues in your apartment and would do anything to save money. DON'T MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!"
