"I rented a apartment with this company for 3yrs. I was never told by the manager the apartment she rented to me was infested with MOLD. I ended up in the ER many times because of breathing problems. When I contacted both health department and hud I also sent pictures of the mold in my apartment right before a inspection. After the inspection I was confronted by the maintenance man him stating the last person who did the same as I was evicted. After I moved out my breathing problems improved. Took landmark over a year before they rented my apartment out. So nope I would never point anyone I know to this company. They are shady and cover up problems right before inspections with hud housing."

"Best complex I've lived in. Beautifully maintained outdoor and common areas. Nice pool, sauna and even a little gym. The property manager and staff are great. They definitely care about the tenants. Very reasonable rent prices especially considering the amenities."

"Great place to live in Mounds view area. Buildings are old, but that open design gives you a lot of light and ventilation. Hard to find these kind of apartments in a snowy city. No leasing issues, no maintenance issues, central ac, in-unit washer & dryer, spacious apartments (900 sq ft for a single BR), patios, roads and pavements are cleaned very next day of the snow. absolutely love this place in such a dull neighborhood. Last, but not least, kudos to Steve, the manager and Bill, the maintenance guy."

"Landmark Estates had everything I could ask for, great property manager, nice neighbors, large deck, in unit laundry, central air, clean pool, and the list goes on. I miss living here very much, the price is well worth it and I highly recommend to anyone looking for something as close to a townhome or house without the heavy responsibilities."

"Great place to live, had some small issues when I moved in, but were taken care of promptly. Place is a little worn in, but great otherwise. Very fair and nicely run. Beautifully kept area. Apartments designed in such a way to minimize neighbor connections, so it was generally very quiet. I had to break my lease, but they were courteous, and found a replacement within 2 months."
