"IF YOU HAVE KIDS DONT COME HERE!! Just got off the phone with someone from property for Penn Apt’s I believe her name started with a C something. She seemed to invested in knowing how old my kids were once I told her 3 year old & 1 year old & I quote she said “ you will have to be on the 1st floor you know because of noises “ EXCUSE ME?! you cannot tell someone where they can or cannot rent just because of who’s living with them. That comment was just rude/disrespectful & anyone any size, color, age, should be able to live in any floor they’d like. WE ARE PAYING the RENT not them. It’s clear she’s a parent & they care about the money & nothing else. Right away said I wasn’t interested anymore & will be passing on to the other people who were interested in this apartment."
"I lived here for 6 years and it was great for me. Not too noisy, good price, and management was always responsive, transparent, and helpful. Never had much issue with the apartment itself during that time period, things always worked well. Always had room to park in the parking lot too."
"I absolutely loved living there. The apartments were well kept, quiet, and up to date. I also felt they were very well priced for their location and what was offered. There were always parking spots available and I wasn’t concerned, safety wise, with coming or going at night. I would absolutely suggest living there!"
