"Update: Adding one star because the new property manager, Helen, has been great, and maintenance has also been more responsive. Water outages have been less frequent and resolved faster. Original Review (1 star): Don't move here! Just don't. We used to have a great manager who was so friendly and responsive, and now we literally have no office manager. The management turnover rate is crazy fast. Maintenance requests take days to get resolved, sometimes weeks. The water was shut off 3 separate times in 2020 alone, ranging from hours to days. The hot water heater in my building goes out so frequently and gets bandaid fixes but never resolved. The washing machine in my building was broken for over a week at one point. A WEEK. Noise travels easily - so if your neighbor likes to work out in the early morning (like mine does), you will wake up to that noise. Same if your neighbor's dogs like to bark in the morning or late at night. I'll also note that dogs weren't allowed when I moved in, and now without notice, they suddenly are allowed. Last complaint is that the water here leaves mineral residue on dishes, faucets, and laundry worse than anywhere else I've lived. The pros to living here are that it is relatively affordable for the area, it's a convenient location, and the parking lot is free to residents. I would say the cons outweigh the pros. The photos I’m including are from the day I moved in... every last nook and cranny of the apartment was dirty."
