"I went in 2 days after my doctor sent in a prescription and it was still not ready. The woman at the pharmacy register said to come back in half an hour. When I went back 40 minutes later she then told me they were out of stock of the medication. She did not even apologize."

"Worst pharmacy cashiers! Took an hour for my script to be filled (14 pills of an antibiotic). Rude, hard to understand. I pulled cash out of my wallet to pay, and then went after change in my wallet, the cashier denied me giving him the change as he was trigger happy and had already opened the drawer; idiot refused to do simple math. Wasn’t thanked, will NEVER pick up a script here ever, ever again."

"The service at this CVS has been going downhill for the last two years. Now it's to the point where it's down right awful. The drive-thru is never open anymore so you have to go inside to get your prescriptions. They don't have enough people working. The ones that are there try to be friendly but you can tell they are over worked! It takes days to get a prescription and forget about talking to anyone on the phone. I was waiting one day and there was a phone call because you can hear it on the speaker. That call sat there the entire time I was there and I was getting a covid vaccine so I was there awhile. I keep hoping it will get better but it doesn't. I'm going to have to switch to the Walgreen's next door because they have an open drive thru and they don't change their hours like CVS did!!!"

"My medication I urgently needed was in process for days! When I called whoever answered the phone said my doctor prescribed a “weird” dose and said said they don’t have it but other cvs locations do! Like why not communicate with me immediately so I wouldn’t have wasted my time! Not the first time! Lately to get anything takes days when online it’s promised an hour after it was sent. Don’t bother with these clowns anymore go to another location!"
