"The building is nice but management is USELESS!!! I've been complaining about a noisy neighbor with loud thumping music late at night for over a year and management basically said they couldn't do anything because the eviction process is hard. Their solution was for me to switch apartments. What are you talking about? I was here first and I'm not the one violating the lease agreement! Since it's been over a year, they likely renewed the lease without caring about the complaints from a longer-term tenant. This is a greedy corporation. They charge $500 EXTRA for month to month leases. Woodbury apartment was $50. And they want to increase my rent $206 a month! 14%? Are you kidding me? Corporate greed at its worst! Onyx go F YOURSELF!!!"

"I feel very unsafe as a single woman. They are now only allowing one key per lease holder. How am I supposed to have a neighbor check on my pet/plants when I am away? Am I supposed to leave my home unlocked? This is unacceptable."

I have many things to speak highly of, so I will get right to it. The office staff is incredible - Anna, Katie & Urszula are friendly, approachable, and willing to help in a moments notice. Even the past office staff were great to work with! Our service team is top notch. I think Tanner has been here as long as I have. Service requests are completed promptly and professionally. It's clear the staff take pride in this property. The amenities are lovely - I have spent hours poolside! I enjoy the quality finishes used in each home - the full size washer & dryer and soaking tub are at the top of my list. Security is a priority to Onyx and any issues are handled by our on-site security team. Events are planned often to bring neighbors together to enjoy a cocktail/mocktail or participate in a book club. I enjoy backing up to a neighborhood to go for a quick walk around the block while also having anything I could possibly need just steps away. To summarize; safety and cleanliness are a priority, the property is full of beautiful finishes and amenities, the management and service teams are incredible to work with, and the complex is very pet friendly and provides enjoyable social opportunities. You won't regret living at Onyx!!"
