"I lived at Willows on France about two years ago. I have lived in apartments for most of the last 6 years, and this place was probably the worst. Dogs off leash and this was not corrected by management. I witnessed two dog fights in the year and a half I lived there. I once had to climb up onto a picnic table with my 50lb dog to keep an off leash dog from attacking her. Upstairs neighbors were so incredibly loud that we could not sleep. We complained about the noise but nothing ever happened. Extremely tiny kitchen and bathroom. On the plus side, the location was pretty quiet and by a nice park to walk in. The master bedroom was huge. The living room was pretty big. It was cheap to live there, so I guess you get what you pay for."

"I have been here for almost a 1 1/2 and I have zero complaints. It is a fairly quiet area. I like that there are quite a few shopping options near by but yet has plenty of nature in the back yard. I have had a few maintenance requests sent in, 1 major & a couple minor but both resulting in a timely response from the team. The grounds are always very well kept, the property management team has been very kind and friendly, and they do a fabulous job with communication."

"My husband and I have been raising our kids here for the past few years. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The location has been great for both of us. The management and maintenance are always very responsive and friendly! My kids LOVE the pool. They are also pet friendly! Willows on France was one of the few apartments that didn’t discriminate against the breed of our dog. They only asked for a meeting to see that she was friendly. Willows on France is great place for families because the staff seems like they really care about their tenants."
