"I found what I was looking for & Alexis was the best! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered All my questions. I had to work over the phone since I don't live close enough to come to their office, but Alexis was very nice, accommodating, & thorough with everything. One thing - Y'all need to get a climate controlled storage down here closer to the Arkansas/Louisiana line, because there aren't any. So, last month my debit card was compromised. I called the office to let them know I wouldn't be able to pay my rent until I got my new card. They were pretty understanding. And when I spoke to Barbara today (03/09/2024), she was very accommodating in helping me with getting my payment made with hardly any trouble. Thanks again y'all for taking care of my storage needs."
