"I’ve been living here for 5 months, and this is one of the nicest apartments I’ve seen. The best thing about this place is the Staff. Everyone in the office has been extremely nice, professional, and helpful. The maintenance team also does an amazing job keeping the building clean and in working order. Before I moved in here, I noticed a lot of reviews saying “paper thin walls” yet it feels as if there is a layer of sound proofing in the walls because I haven’t heard anyone. I would rate this 5/5 stars, but the only drawback is some of the residents. There has been a few instances where residents have been leaving their trash around the building/garage. The staff here does their best, and cleans up peoples messes, but it’s kind of an issue out of their control. The only other issues I’ve had with residents is the overwhelming smells coming from units that are cooking strange food, which then fills the hallway and our own unit. I still highly recommend staying here, the units are super nice, clean, and modern."

As a vendor, I have been extremely impressed with the Peak Living staff at Cedar Green.
