"Absolute bandits. They cut my locks and chain off the gate at my shop while I was in New Orleans burying my wife and removed a building I was purchasing from Black Rifle Buildings. I had spoken with Brandi, the dispatcher, who told me that had received an invoice to schedule a time to pick the building up. I informed her of my situation and she told me to contact her when I returned to Dallas so we could arrange a date to pick up the building. I returned on 1/19/23 and went over to my shop to check on everything and discovered that my gate was open, chain had been cut, and the building was gone. My gates had been damaged to the point where they wouldn’t even close. The building had not been cleaned out and contained numerous high priced items in it as well. I phoned the local police department, who came out to do a report, at which time we phoned Brandi. She pretended she had no idea who picked up the building because she was waiting on me to return to Dallas but she would phone the finance company and see what she could find out and phone me back. I phoned the company I purchased the building from and spoke with Charles Ulrich, who informed me that my building was dropped off by Alex of K&K Building Transport, the same company Brandi works for, and was on his lot and had arrived on 1/18/23. He apologized and assured me that he had nothing to do with the building being picked up in the manner it was. I’ve phoned Brandi several times since but now no one answers the phone. I’ve filed charges with the police department and will sue them for their actions and damages."
