"What can you say about Golden Valley Greenway? We’ve lived here for five years. This place is a dump. There’s garbage everywhere. The new management isn’t even on site so there is no manager. There’s garbage everywhere. Doors left open. What a joke."

"Management constantly changing. Outdated building with absolutely no cleaning around the building outside of one nice lady (Dee) who volunteers to do it. Smells like deep fried food all the time. Garages falling apart with mushrooms growing in studs. I was ok with all of this at the price point of $1200/month. Management kept getting greedy and upcharging on small things. Office tells you to call laundry service line if machines break. New office staff seems to have no communication. They never seem to want to do anything outside of give you phone numbers to call or email. Not a bad place at a cheap price. Best part is the park across the street and the neighborhood is quiet."

"They don’t deserve 1 . I pay 1379$ for rent no utility included. There is house flies and insects that i don’t know where they are coming from.The hallway smells so bad. Trash cans not emptied specially on the front door and laundry. Office is always closed. As soon as you open the window green large house flies come in. The lady in the office is a kind of racist that she will talk to you like she is not understanding what you talking about. She only understands what she wants. The worst appartement experience for me .I can’t even open the window and I don’t know how it gets in."

"I lived here for about a year, and honestly loved the neighborhood! If it weren’t for my job I would have totally stayed here. Neighbors were great, always saying hello, and such a gorgeous park across! Definitely going to miss this place ♥️. Also shout out to Allie! She always made you feel welcomed, and would say hello as if she were a best friend! Would 10/10 recommend!"

She was dedicated to listening about our wants and needs, while addressing any questions or concerns that arrived to ensure our satisfaction. Lanie had an uncanny ability of finding common ground while carrying herself in a professional manner. Lanie was engaging with her sense of humor, and went out of her way to provide a fun, easy, and stress-free experience."
