"My husband and I had lived here for just a little over a year and loved it. The only complaints we had was our downstairs neighbors would blare music or their TV , we could hear it and feel it every day. The “club room” is nice but it was a non-refundable $200 which was a little odd since our rent was including all amenities. Other than that it was a great apartment, very spacious! Amy and Josh in the front office were our favorites!"
"Sumter Green has been a great place to live at. Management is always on the ball and helpful, and the Maintence crew are some the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have come across. Additionally the parent company has put a lot of time and money into improving the units, property, and amenities. Definitely not your typical rental experience in this day and age in the best way possible."
"Everything is perfect besides the fact that walls are thin so you could hear noises if your neighbor blast music with base. In my case, the person living above me walks Very Loud so I can hear Every steps specially at night, which sometimes can get annoying. Besides that I am very satisfied - green and peaceful environment, clean and tidy, ample parking space, responsive management, big space for 1 bedroom with fairly new appliances and cabinets."
