"I’ve either lived here or visited friends here for the past 25 years. I have never had a bad experience with the management of the building. The place has always been kept clean, maintenance orders were fixed very timely, the area is extremely accessible to everything you need. No need for a car while living there. Jennifer is the hardest working woman I’ve ever met, and has always tried her hardest to answer every tenants calls and/or complaints. She is overly professional, even when she is given many reasons not to be. Don’t focus on the bad reviews of this place, as they are the furthest thing from racist. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live somewhere safe and clean. ❤️"
"I have lived here for almost 14 years. A few years ago I had an issue with another tenant blaring their stereo for hours overnight on a continual basis. I let Jennifer know after it continued to happen & she said that wasn't acceptable & she took care of it Thank Goodness that kind of behavior isn't tolerated. Everyone deserves to sleep. It's been quiet before & since then, which is why I still live here."
