The excellent maintenance team is the best: they're knowledgeable, respond quickly to needs and do great work. Love the gym, and the short walk to Normandale Lake. Big thumbs up!"
"We absolutely love living at the Covington Apartment Homes and highly recommend living here! The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. The building interior is cleaned daily and always looks and smells great. The leasing and maintenance teams are always kind and do excellent work! Any time we log a maintenance request, it is completed immediately. Very happy to be living here! Also, we enjoy the community events, especially the dog pool party when the pool is about to close each year. So much fun! Many thanks to the team at Covington!"

"This Apartment complex is beautiful. Very spacious one bedroom apartments. Beautiful Walkin closet. If you have a problem that you need maintenance for they are always there and always come in a Short amount of time. All the staff is here every time. You need something or need just to ask question or somebody to talk to. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends."
