Walmart Pharmacy

"Refused to help me over the phone. The pharmacist was very rude and disrespectful today. I called 2/20/24 at 2:00pm CST. HE actually just hung up on me. All I needed was help with a prescription. He told me it was not his problem. Another reason why Walmart is a horrible store. Calling the ARKANSAS pharmacy board."

"My husband and I have no problems with pharmacy line. Every time I go in it's like 2 or 3 ppl in line. They do need time to count, put bottles away, clean up near closing, so yes I would close pharmacy 6:58p. The females do their job quickly and I wouldn't get my prescriptions any other place"

"Big ol thumbs down. First off I had a long day I'm in pain and I managed to make it to the pharmacy at 6:59. I get that it was cutting it close but I made it before 7. But the pharmacists were cold hearted and closed for the evening. . . . The gates were still open. If I was in their shoes I would have helped."

She acted like she was upset about being at work. She needs a refresher course on customer service and sensitivity in her job or another profession."

"The line moves slower than anything I've ever witnessed. They would not sale me insulin syringes without a prescription which I was buying for my great aunt whom is a shut in little old lady and she ran out and asked me to go get a few from the store to last her until her case came in the mail. Don't worry, Walgreen's got her taken care of. I know what Walmart is trying to prevent and they are dead wrong because even if someone is buying syringes for recreational drug use, would you really rather them not be able to obtain new clean syringes rather than send them away to share needles and reuse them causing unnecessary disease? Addicts are going to find a way to get their fix, you could at least let them do it as safe as possible."
