"if you ever grew up with section 8 this is a run down version. stay away, its overpriced and a run down version of section 8. (its not section 8 just using as a comparison). plus their is tight group of people that live here and they all talk to eachother. they are the ones that rent ALL the garages so you'll NEVER be able to have one if you rent at this place be smart. dont trust GAUGHN company that owns this building they take money from you and no matter what you will be charged $30 for your electric bill even if you don't use any electricity"
