"Our family truly loved having this apartment be our home for the past 7 years. We only moved out because we bought a house. The landlord, Don, is so friendly and makes a point to converse with all the residents who live here. All of our maintenance issues were fixed quickly. One time we even got locked out of our apartment at night, and when we called Don, he came over right away to let us in. The landlord, maintenance staff, and neighbors made this a great community to live. :)"
"This is a great apartment community. I have lived here for over three years and have always felt safe. Onsite management is wonderful! They care and want the same safe community. If there is anything that needs fixing...I've never had an issue with timely response. Building C's hallways are very well cared for once a week, along with laundry facilities on each floor. They may be outdated for some standards, but cared for non the less. I have made some concessions to stay living here, but not when it comes to safety and building management. Plus, my car doesn't get towed in the winter months!"
"I never had a problem with people being in my parking spot while living here and the price is unmatched. We had a two bedroom place with ample space. Having moved further into the twin cities, we are paying more money for less space. If I could have stayed at these apartments I would have."
"Apartment itself seemed way smaller than advertised, LOTS of mold in window sills and bathtub. They don't clean the carpet when you move in. They don't clean the cabinets either so expect to clean when you move in They probably don't clean the apartment at all because when I moved out he said I didn't have to clean it looked good enough (I still cleaned just in case) When I first moved in I could tell he said the same to the person before me. The kitchen sink was also broken when I moved in, so that shows they also don't do proper maintenance checks before moving someone in...I was a very quiet resident, never spoke to anybody or bothered anybody. Never caused any problems. The landlord was a major creep. He stalked my every move. (I was an 18 year old girl living alone...) He either had cameras (which he claims there was no cameras in the building) or he had other tenants watching me to report back to him... Made me very uncomfortable. He complained about my boyfriend being over too often (even on days he wasn't there) that is why I say he stalked me. The hallways were not kept clean. I felt like someone was going into my apartment and garage when I was at work. My mail ended up missing or in someone else's mailbox. Only benefit was a free garage."
"For what we pay it's a bit ridiculous very rarely do they remove snow out of the parking lot even when lots of snow drops Zero parking enforcement. Like random people parking here. not much heat in winter you'll need a portable heater in your apartment. cars getting broken into more then just one time. There lots of creepy residence living here. Also you'll have to share laundry room with every person for what we pay that's dirty. Mail gets lost in others mail box I don't have much positive to say besides simply a roof over ur head you'll see very quickly when you move in. One positive is a roof over your head."
