"My husband and I love living at Cedar Hills Townhomes in Minnetonka, MN! We are so proud of our home! In February of 2023, the townhomes were taken over by new owners, Blooming Cedar. At the same time, Evergreen Real Estate Services became our new management company agents. They have made amazing & remarkable changes to our community of townhomes! We love our neighbors and our home is everything we were looking for. The townhomes are surrounded by beautiful trees, shared open, grass areas and individual patios for each unit! We love having our grand daughters come to visit and play on both of the resident playground areas! The property manager, Kayla, works on-site and is readily available to residents. To our delight, in the Fall of 2023, each townhome went under extensive renovation! Everything in our home is BRAND-NEW! Kayla let us know, ahead of time, when the contractors were coming in to work. The construction company hired contractors that were so talented! They came in and replaced all of our windows, kitchen cabinets, kitchen faux marble counters, installed new gray LVP flooring in entire house, new plush carpet on stairs and bedrooms, new tub /shower, new bathroom vanity, new light fixtures! Even a brand new water heater, furnace and air cooler! We also all received BRAND NEW appliances! New refrigerator, dishwasher, and range/oven. The contractors were professional and efficient in making all of these upgrades. We appreciated how kind and considerate everybody was. We are very happy with our NEW townhouse at Cedar Hills and also grateful everyday to be living here! Tony & Kelly Turk"
