"Rikita, Sooki, and Ka'Naecia all helped me find an apartment that fit my budget and needs and worked hard to make sure that my move-in went smoothly. There does seem to be a rush to fill the building, so a lot of move-ins were happening on top of the others. I was still able to find a time to reserve the freight elevator that worked for me, though. Pros: It's a brand-new building; the space is laid out well; the area is quiet and out of the way but close to major highways and nearby suburbs Cons: It's like every other 5-over-1 in existence in that noise passes between apartments easily, and the amenities are the same as everywhere else. Even though the building is still mostly empty, I unfortunately have upstairs and next door neighbors and can hear their music and TV and every single step the upstairs neighbor takes. I can hear the downstairs neighbor, too."

"I moved to the Minnetonka Station about 3 months ago and have come to increasingly regret the decision. The excitement of it being a brand new building led me to ignore more red flags than I otherwise would have. Naturally, with it being a new building, there are growing pains, but still 3 months after moving in new issues are coming up constantly. Ultimately, I think the property management company (Coastal Ridge Real Estate) rushed to move people in before the property was move-in ready. I believe Rikita and Sooki are trying their best, but they seem overwhelmed by the constant flow of new issues and have failed to follow through on multiple promises made during the leasing process."
