"Former employee, this is a review of the company. My time at Dominium was short but management was fair and supportive my entire time there. Some experiences were less than stellar but Dominium did prop me up and help me get onto the next stage in my career and I’m grateful for that opportunity. If you’re considering this company from an employment perspective you should go for it for the networking opportunities and continuing education you can get from working for them."

"I am a resident in one of Domineum's Apartment complexes (The Portofino) in Pasadena, Texas and if I were able to give a "-0" rating...I WOULD!! The only alternative that I had was to give 'em 1 star and I didn't really like the idea of doin' that. I will soon be payin $995.00 in rent for a one bedroom and I can't eve get the Manager to return my calls! When the hot water is shut of for repairs (or whatever), or when the Elevators stop working, Management does NOT even send notifications to the residents to let them know! They OBVIOUSLY REFUSE to communicate with the tennants. I recently developed a problem with "bedbugs". Don't ask me how...I don't know. Anyway, I notified Management and didn't see anybody from the Exterminating Company for almost a week and a half later? It DON'T or shouldn't take a week and a half to get someone out to assess the extent. PLUS...I was told by our illustrious Mgr. that I would be responsible for the cost. Now this is interesting...To have the Exterminator come out and spray for roaches, there is no charge...somethings WRONG with that picture. For the rent that I'll be paying, somehow, I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT! A lot of the tennents here are on Social Security so they are on strict limited incomes. When this joke of an outfit took over the property they let it be known that they were going to up the rent by $300.00 above what they were paying. Dear old Domineum Properties lost a lot of tennents because of this "brillient" decision. The tennents that remain here have so many complaints against Management that I can not begin to count. Unless you've won the lottery, and you don't necessarily mind how Management treats you, then you might want think twice before moving into this complex. They keep upping the rent, I'll have to move into an Apt. Complex that a lot less expensive as I wont be able to afford them. When I moved into the complex back in 2020, the rent was $660.00 for a 1 bedroom. For someone that's on Social Security, I'd have to say that the cost of inflation has gotten TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!"

"My husband and I applied for a cottage at Willow Place in McDonough in July and approved to move in October 20, 2023. We then told that the date was moved to November 20, 2023. Again we were given another date of January 2, 2024 as a move in date. But that was then changed to January 31, 2024, only to be called to say that due to the cost of living increase in our Social Security, we no longer qualify to move in because our income exceeds the income limit. The company never contacted us of the change in our move in dates, but they did contact us to let us know that we could not move in. We had to drive 159 miles from our home to the office to inquire about any updates, and that is when we were informed that our dates had changed. We had to do this because the representative would never return our call, so we had to drive to the office so we could be in the loop. Every time we asked her why she didn't return our calls, she would say, she never received our messages. We were almost homeless due to them not informing us because we were required to put in a 60 day notice with our apartment complex. When we contacted our complex that our date changed and we need to stay in our apartment a little longer, they informed us that we were blessed because they had leased our apartment to someone else, but could not reach the person. We were told that if they had reach them and they were ready to move in, we would have to pay $100 for each day we stayed, which would be twice the monthly rent, and in essence, we would have been homeless. We also almost sold our washer and dryer because we were told we could not bring them. Thank God we were called before they were sold. I hope that things change for the better."

"Ashlynn Ridge apartments. I had ants everywhere from the time I moved in. I was told to kill them myself. I was flooded four times (twice on the same day). The noise from my neighbors above me is crazy loud. Friends who live here and some how don’t come over and hear all the jumping and will inevitably ask if I’ve complained about the noise and yes, I have written many complaints as well as talked to Brittany the manager. The manager Brittany actually told me she had the complaints but never acted on it because she didn’t work here at the time. She’s the person who signed my lease! Obviously she was here. The manager Brittany then said it wasn’t the people above me. Mind you she has NEVER stepped foot in my apartment! All the people who visit say - how can she say it’s not coming from there? Well it’s 10:15PM right now and the people upstairs are busy scraping chairs across the floor and slamming cabinets. It’s a lot Like living in a cheap hotel."

"At Dominiun, you're greeted with a warm welcome. I've lived in one of their properties, and I absolutely loved it. Though I must admit, at times, the staff can be a bit disorganized when it comes to addressing needs. Despite that, it's a beautiful place to call home"
