"Every time I refill prescriptions there is a problem with the order, when I call to talk to them about a prescription or an order status I have to wait 20-45 minutes to talk to someone then they are all very rude and quick to hang up on you. If you have a medication that’s needed for an urgent health reason, even if it’s for your kids, they refuse to move it up the priority line and say you just have to wait….terrible customer service, incredibly rude, the pharmacist will grill you, in front of others in line, about the medications your DOCTOR prescribed for you and orders are not accurate the majority of the time. Not sure what happened to CVS as we have used them for years but this one is not up to par. Prepare yourself for a delay in medications getting filled that you need ASAP and to leave feeling incredibly frustrated!"

"Every time I get a prescription there seems to be a problem-either they have to contact my doctor or they don’t have it in stock, and no one calls to let you know what’s going on. It also should not take 48 hours just to refill a prescription."

"CVS in Waconia is great, sooooo much better than Chaska Target CVS where I previously got prescriptions. Everyone who works there works as a team, everyone is friendly and helpful. But Angela, oh my goodness, this woman is amazing! Even when it's busy, she is grace under fire. The ultimate professional and truly cares for her customers.
