"Literally the rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. You'd think handling medication, you'd be a little more kind to your patients. Consistently over the last two months of getting my pet's prescription, I've been hung up on the phone with, his pills have been "lost", they don't have the correct dosage, HUGE price fluctuation, etc. Then in adding my own prescription they just "haven't received it". There's one lady in the drive through I see who's so nice, and we'll miss her. But that's it. The younger woman. Rude as get out. We'll be going to Walmarts pharmacy in town from here on out, or until stagging is turned over. This is just getting ridiculous."

"They have the worst customer service skills ever. There’s always an issue with the medication. There’s specifically this one girl who has THE WORST attitude. I’m so kind and she hangs up on me every single time we speak. I’m just calling to verify I can pick up my prescriptions then she gets mad. She should be fired to be honest. There’s no way she has a significant other with the way she is."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever They take your prescription and tell you to come back when you receive a text that never happens then they don't tell you until it's too late to bring your prescription somewhere else or that you can't because they have already ordered the prescription that they can't fill it because they don't have it. this has happened multiple times, if you don't have it bloody tell the person you can't fill their prescription so they can get it somewhere else medicines are generally needed that day not days later.. Worst customer service ever."

"This rates up there with one of the worst pharmacy's ever. Staff always deploys an annoyed attitude, never offers a friendly greeting and even the auto refills I'm signed up for are not in stock so when I need my life sustaining medication, they are out of it and do not bother to call and tell me or save me a trip to town to pick it up. They are the most non-courteous employees I've ever encountered. Recently I called to report that I was given the wrong medication and after revealing that it was the pharmacy's fault for not having my items on hand, the technical could not even utter a thank you or good bye but instead abruptly hung up the phone. They've lost all of my business and I highly recommend finding a friendlier pharmacy than these inconsiderate rude technicians."
