Reviews
"Never any problems here in person or on the phone. They always communicate clearly and customer service is fine. When employees seem stressed it's usually because they are visibly slammed or dealt with someone nasty before you, but I've never had them take it out on us. They've been great about transferring Rx from other places and about switching over my son's insurance during some name change confusion post-adoption. I can't help but feel like so many of these negative reviews are from rude and/or impatient customers who just didn't get treated like the royalty they think they are entitled to be."
"Very nice people, they (i wish I could remember her name) checked good RX for me to lower a prescription not covered by insurance! Bharat was very kind explaining my medication and being patient with me! My prescription was ready by the time i got there from rogers clinic!"
"This pharmacy is always slow and doesn’t even care about customer service. Don’t tell me it takes 30mins to fill 2 of my prescriptions, and then tell me that it will be another 20mins when I come to pick them up. Some people don’t want to spend 50mins at Walmart Or sitting and waiting around for Walmart. Absolutely ridiculous, always. The one in Princeton is much better but it’s hard to pick and chose when my doctor is in Rogers."
"Usually, I do not write bad reviews. I cannot recall the last time I took the time to write a poor review for anything. I am making the time for this pharmacy because my experience(s) have been so poor that I feel obligated to tell others to know and be prepared on just how bad the Walmart pharmacy is in Elk River, MN. First and foremost, this isn't about not having a TV in stock or out of a product in the grocery area complaint. This is a pharmacy, and these people can harm simply by mistake, through negligence, or out of pure stupidity. If you have had a poor experience with Walmart pharmacy is in Elk River, MN, you MUST call 1-800-WALMART and tell the corporate customer service about it. If you don't, you can fill out all the poor Google reviews you want; nothing will change. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy, from mistakes to misinformation, poor customer service, with the latest being laziness. After several less than stellar experiences involving poor customer service and a couple of "It will be ready tomorrow" only to find out the medication is out of stock the next day, like this past weekend for the second time in a row. I was picking up a prescription for my wife at the time, and the only reason I would ever go here again until this past weekend was to pick up a prescription for my wife. On Saturday, I told my wife she has to figure something else out because I swear on the sun, the moon, and the stars I will never, ever, ever, ever, deal with, approach, think about, contemplate, ponder a single thought about the Walmart pharmacy in Elk River, MN again, much less deal with them or pick up any of her prescriptions EVER! It was the final straw."
"I don't know if it's the same lady that I keep getting that's extremely rude and unprofessional. It took her 45 minutes to figure out how to process my brother's prescription and insurance. And the lady seemed rather annoyed that she had to do what's she's getting paid to do. This time, I spoke with a Linda. Not sure if it's the same lady we saw in person, but very condescending and arrogant. These people need to learn some customer service skills. We will be changing our pharmacy so we don't have to deal with these people, who obviously hate their job."
