"I had bed bugs for at least 6 months called them numerous times no response now it cost me so much to buy all new furniture then he finally said this has never happened here ohh wait 6 years ago from 2020 it did an finally sprayed a few weeks before I left. On-site manger he is very strange. Like a few other reviews said yes you don’t get your CRP or your deposit back. After I cleaned the apartment right before I left. It’s a joke! don’t rent from there"

"The owners are completely horrible. Non-responsive, rude & unprofessional. The reviews here are true. They don’t fix anything!! don’t respond to maintenance request or calls (rarely or never.) If they get back to you it will be several months later, literally. The washer and dryer on-site never works properly. Messes clothes up or takes your money that you won’t get back. Dishwashers don’t function properly. During the winter, the heaters make loud explosive noises that they refuse to fix.The caretaker on-site is a complete pain and an absolute nightmare. Borderline creepy. Be prepared to be watched like a hawk while minding your business. Document every call, every communication is my advice. I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all. I contemplated being homeless just to escape these conditions. Find somewhere else to live, even if you have to pay more. It’s not going to be worth your sanity. And, you won’t get your deposit back so don’t look forward to it. Please, find elsewhere."

"I was here to visit a couple friends, this place is crawling with bedbugs!!! I have bites all over me just from visiting. I'm allergic to them so the bites swell super fast. Might wanna get that taken care of guys! I won't be visiting my friends for awhile :("

"The owner of this building is a complete idiot. She needs to get more organized and get on top of things and take care of things when she says they will. She also wants to overcharge or keep money from your deposit when you move out for normal wear and tear which isn't right. Just a little advice don't rent here"
