"Would give 0 if I could. Corrupt and hypocritical. Wouldn’t send me a W2 so I could file my taxes. Knowingly allows his employees to use faulty equipment. Wouldn’t let me retrieve my tools after leaving but still charged me for them. Witnessed multiple customers being lied to about multiple different subjects including completion dates and job process. Don’t work for this company if you can help it, and don’t hire this company to do your plane, you will regret it."
"I love my job working for Rose Aircraft. I and my crew do our very best to deliver quality work. If there is an issue we will do our best to make it right."
"I was reading these reviews out of curiosity, remembering a terrible experience with Rose Aircraft a decade ago and actually wondering if they were still in business. Mr. Burchwell's experience with his Citation was vividly similar to mine with my Baron. As soon as they've got your cash, it's all excuses and lies from there. I took off and in 5 minutes had an uncontrollable wide-open throttle on one engine. I shut it down and came back to the field. They had forgotten to put the nut on a bolt which connects the throttle cable during the annual! They’d performed this maintenance along with new window installation and a full paint job. I took off later, and noticed all the way to California that the rudder pedals weren't straight during flight, and the plane was slower than it used to be. On closer inspection, they'd screwed up re-installing the tailcone and it was a miracle it hadn't departed in flight. It was loose and skewed in flight, causing opposite rudder compensation. I had a mechanic go over the whole plane and write down notes. His report was lengthy and some items were very serious. Much of their work looked like it had been performed by a student mechanic, and one window had to be removed and re-installed because it was just unsatisfactory by any measure. Then the letters and emails began. They wouldn't budge -- not one nickel was going to be refunded. Finally I paid a lawyer in Arkansas to initiate contact with them and see if their attitude would improve. It did. They promptly refunded me over half the total paid, apparently seeing that the outcome of a court case would be easy enough to predict, given my stack of documented evidence. (Made me wonder why they'd never offered any settlement whatsoever prior to getting a letter from my lawyer.) If you want excitement and intrigue, this could be just the shop for you. If you just want your plane done right the first time, skip this place."
"I would like to thank Rose Aircraft for the nice job done on my paint and complete interior for my F33A Bonanza, I would also say customer service was very good, we had a problem after departure which caused a loss of personal property, Rose aircraft replaced the property immediately, they were also excellent at communicating during the paint and interior process helping to see just the right materials were used to satisfy the customer. I will be recommending their services to others. Ron Burdine"
"With Rose, you get what you pay for. We had them install a new interior in our CE560. The quality was not great, nor was the attention to detail-but neither was the price. Where Rose really drops the ball is customer service. Once your money as been wired and they have your bird the customer service ends and the lies begin. That is if you can get them to respond. Jason Goodner would rather make up a lie than take 5 minutes to research and answer a question correctly. That is if you can get him to return your call. Rose has easily been my worst experience with a vendor in nearly 20 years of flying. Do not use Rose. Period."
