"The staff at this Pharmacy I've always been courteous pleasant and friendly. Please notice to all the reviews seem to be five stars or one star. As a doctor I'm familiar with different types of patients ,demands, and expectations. People who are trying to help someone else may feel entitled to demand service above and beyond what is possible or what is reasonable. Some people have those expectations just because they think they are special. Some people make those demands because they're afraid for themselves or for someone else. I would not allow the comments of any person in that situation to influence my choice of Pharmacy. And I would be very hesitant to judge the character , or the caring , of anyone who is dealing with the public , without walking in the shoes of that person. Any position of service can be a joy when you can help someone, or utter misery when you can never meet their expectations."

"Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs! I agree with one reviewer that the staff is rude an uncaring. I have been going to this Pharmacy for years and the level of service and care has been steadily decreasing and is currently down right terrible. Obviously the disease of Wal Mart well documented poor customer service has infected this particular pharmacy on Cantrell Rd and Chanal. This Wal Mart is basically a pill factory. The pharmacist CODY ROGOFF is the worst of the bunch. Cody Rogoff is insensitive and unprofessional and is too busy filling prescriptions to have a professional discussion about the medicine prescribed. He is too busy trying to fill Wal Mart quota for filling prescriptions to actually care about a patient. Also be very weary of the Pharmacist Technician name WILLIAM. He is very short with his conversations and is snarky most of time. He is down right creepy looking and is really not a person you want to trust handling your medicine. I strongly suggest that you find a pharmacy that is caring, conscious that they are dealing with sick people and do NOT want to treat you as a cog in a factory of filling prescriptions for a greedy corporation such as Wal Mart."

"Ok great pharmacists but the sneid people who take your prescription are just short of a$$ holes with no customer service skills. Ignore you and act like your a bother. They need education or elimination! They need to realize they are dealing with sick people who are anywhere from cold flu to cancer and aids and be as compassionate as possible while being professional!!!!!!!!!!"
