"I have to say that everyone I have dealt with at Burton's has been more then professional. I made a huge mistake when hard piping my sand filter system and did not recognize it. Thinking it was a product malfunction. Rodney sent out his repair people and they replaced my filter and added new sand (at no charge). They also found that I had piped it incorrectly. This is why my pool was unable to get clear. I fixed the piping issue and went back to Burton's to clear my bad name. Rodney would not let me pay for any of the issues that I believe I caused. I will forever be a loyal customer to Burton's pools."

"Built our in-ground pool and was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone we spoke with was extremely professional, knowledgeable and so detail oriented. Josh consistently checked on us to make sure our experience was top notch. Even after the installation was complete, they followed up to make sure we were still happy with everything. We did have a few questions, since this was a our first pool, so they sent someone out to give us a crash course in the chemicals, pumps, and other equipment. Customer service was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. It’s easy to see why they stay so busy, when you want the best and your willing to have a little patience to go through the process, it is SO worth it."
