"Been here omg like 5 years now!! Place is amazing. Location and neighborhood bubble is my favorite. Close to boone Ave Park and lots of walking trails! Balcony here are way bigger than normal apartments its actually my favorite spot in the warmer months. Staff here is always pleasant and personable and relatable!"

"I've lived at Royal oaks for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and upkeep. The apartment manager, Pam, is great and really cares about all of the tenants and takes their concerns seriously. Maintenance are quick and know what they're doing. I've had more experiences with Kevin than anyone else and he's always been knowledgeable, willing to explain the issue to me, prompt, and friendly to me, my husband, and our cat! I love that our complex has it's own gym and my favorite part is the pool."
