"Closing was 10AM on Thursday. Wires and paperwork completed 26 hours later right before a 3 day weekend with no consideration of potential for delays in a home purchase. Subsequently, the wire is denied because of a clerical error by Andrew (or whoever may have been the person who Inputs data into wire). Despite receiving rejection of wire from my bank, this is sat on until I call myself to find out what is going on at which point (in the afternoon on Tuesday) the wire is completed in 5 minutes (because this is literally how long it takes to do this portion of the transaction). There are three levels to my concern and complaint… one is the clerical error which is forgivable as we all make mistakes. The second is a 26 hour delay in paperwork well outside the industry standard and the third is the subsequent dropping of the ball to follow up on the clerical error/denial so that I did not have to do the legwork for them and call myself when I receive no wire AND no communication. Unacceptable practices for a company that makes its money in expedient processing of paperwork. If you have a choice in your title company, do not use this one. I have used three others over the past five years with pretty straightforward and reliable service."

"They are quick to get information from you but its like pulling teeth to get the CORRECT settlement Statement from them. They made two errors (bank payoff amount and Real estate apportionment). Make sure you check their statement"

"Closed with this company in October and was excited to get a paycheck but to my surprise I had to pay them. They failed to send the documentation before had so we wouldn’t be shocked walking into the office. It was a very uncomfortable and tense signing. Their prices are significantly higher than other title companies too bad Google won’t let me give them -5 stars."
